First interview was a phone screen with an HR representative. 2nd was a behavioral interview with the hiring manager. If you pass this interview, then you are asked to perform a series of interviews with everyone on the team (lasted about 4 hours for me). If you pass this stage, then you are asked to perform a case study using data they provide to you. Everyone was friendly and they were open and honest with me about the reason I wasn't considered for the position after passing the first 3 rounds. Overall, this was a positive experience.
