Three short interviews onsite with three people at three different levels. All of them were very relaxed and informal. One interview was done via computer with someone who was at the California office. Everyone was very nice and it was a great experience. The campus was easy to get to and easy to navigate, with free parking.

It's the worst interview process I ever had in my life.
First they didn't clearly communicate the job description, and the title.
The interview process, ufff ..
A junior engineer took the interview for this senior position and his expectation is not about design or architecture, but only about writing code with proper syntax in a white board.
Guys please grow up.
