I found this job through the University of Toronto Career Fair, where I dropped off my resume and was contacted by Aviya a couple months later. The interview consisted of a 30 behavioural interview conducted by HR and a 30 minute technical interview conducted by engineering.

What's something you'd change about your most recent work experience?
Explain each of the three components of a PID controller with reference to the past (i.e., integral), present (i.e., proportional) and future (i.e., derivative).
Applied via Indeed and got a call to setup a meeting and interview time. One of the heads of the company was present although that was just a random scenario according to them. Both a technical interview and HR interview on the same day with different people.

I was contacted by phone after filling up a form 6 months before during Career Fair in Montreal.
I arrived 10 minutes before, and I had to wait looking around the office. I was interviewed for a panel of 3 specialists (all was engineers). The interview was too technical going through thermodynamics, aerodynamics, gas turbines, and control systems..
