Back in 2018. Pretty easy, it was a quick interview that requires you going into your work background. Took only a few days for the whole hiring process. Interview questions were as to be expected.

Interview
I did two phone interviews with the store manager and a manager from another store and two face to face interviews one with a current key holder and then the final one with the store manager. Then a background check was performed and references were called then I was offered the position.
Easy and comfortable. A very friendly environment that makes you comfortable from the first interview. Usually two interviews in store. One with boutique and assistant managers and one with district manager.

Interview
Applied online, couple weeks later the store manager called and asked me to come in. We had an in person interview and I was offered a management position I hadn’t applied to and was offered the job week later!
