Honestly I'd recommend anyone applying to bareminerals to not. Especially in West London. I filled an online application form, and shortly after this got an email telling me to come in for a make under experience. Where I had to traffic stop someone and provide a bareminerals style makeover. This wasn't bad, but you always had a counter manager watching you and making notes whilst walking around. I passed this and further got an email to come in for a face to face interview. I previously said to the company I was only available up until September and I could work the two days they requested which was fine. But I followed up and told the area manager by email this again. Which she then cancelled my interview straight away without any consideration to my thoughts. Thoroughly disappointed with how she dealt with it, especially as they wasted my time in travelling for this make under trial. I would never recommend this company to someone again, you're better off trying for more popular brands and counters for good experience, where the management seem to be less rude and dismissive.
I interviewed at bareMinerals (Sheffield, England)
Interview
Teams interview online. Then in store skills test, doing makeup on someone and then you have a store approval with store manager with an interview aswell and they ask just generic questions
Called and offered a position off of being a customer, and having a professional license. Very friendly and kind and professional. Looking forward to working with them! Holiday hours then possibly a key holder
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bareMinerals (Manchester, England) in Nov 2019
Interview
Applied online and received an ema inviting me to interview. Met face to face in a cafe. The chat was very friendly and put me at ease. Not heard back yet but only been 3 days.
