I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at belairdirect (Toronto, ON) in Sept 2013
Interview
I saw the job positing on their website and applied online and received a call requested a phone interview the following week.
One phone interview with someone from HR followed by an in-person interview with a different person from HR and a manager.
Ended in-person interview with a computer simulation test related to the position.
Everyone involved was very welcoming and friendly.

Question 1
Describe the most difficult situation you have ever faced, how did you handle it?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at belairdirect (Montréal-Est, QC) in Jan 2015
Interview
First of all the person I was suppose to meet was a little late when I was 10 Min early.
The interview was made by two interviewers who took the time to chat about really non related things while I was uncomfortably waiting for my interview to start.
This was the longest 2h30 interview of my life.
about 1h30 of the whole interview is about situational very abstract out of context questions. Im telling you, Even if you prepare for your interview you won't be prepare for how terrible that interview is.
They look at my curriculum and said a lot of things that wasn't true about my experience and assume a lot of things. I felt as they never had any human resources experience and the whole thing was very awkward. They repeated things I did not said as I have said it. I never talked to interviewers with that low sense of listening skills.
at the end they ask me 2 questions in English and made mistakes while asking them was feeling uncomfortable having my english being judge by a person having trouble...
My way of seeing a big company like Belair Direct totally shifted after this experience
