I interviewed at biBerk Insurance Services (Wilkes-Barre, PA)
Interview
The process was professional and well-structured, consisting of three main stages:
Initial Outreach: I was first contacted by an external recruiter who reached out via LinkedIn. We had a brief 20-minute introductory call to discuss the role requirements, my background, and general expectations.
HR Screening: After the initial interest, I moved to a formal screen with the internal HR team. This was a friendly, 30-minute conversation focused on culture fit, high-level experience, and logistical details like benefits and next steps.
Technical Panel Interview: The final stage was a deep-dive technical panel with several team members. This session lasted about 90 minutes and covered both specific technical expertise and broader architectural concepts.

I applied for this position through a staffing agency but the interview was shorter and faster paced than I was expecting. The questions were mostly related to why I feel I am a good fit for the company and what I have to offer. The interview lasted about 20 minutes.

Very structured process with multiple interviews to qualify. First interview gave information about the job and the people you would be working with. The first interview was just to gauge if you would be a good fit for the company. The second interview was a technical interview with the team manager and a senior developer. This was standard questions to gauge technical expertise for the role.
