Process was made up of 3 sections. 1st a short call with HR about introduction and salary expectation plus current situation questions.
Second interview was with direct manager online, going through CV and experience. They introduced the structure at Bol and what the job is fully and asked questions related to it -> Technical and Strategical about my current job, such as what do I do? What is my day to day like? How do I handle x,y,z situation? Where do I think I would struggle the most? What are things my colleagues would say about me both positive and negative.
3rd interview would have been face to face with at least 2 team members and would have been a purely technical assesment working on a dataset analysing it, however I did not make it to the 3rd round due to lack of knowledge with CRMs (they use Selligent)
