bp Engineering Manager interview questions

The process of interviewing was very much in chaos, an indicator of the company's culture. I was almost run over in the parking lot by a security guard going the wrong way. The procedure to get into the building for the interview took over an hour longer that I was told it would take. Although I arrived a half hour early to be safe, the interview time was cut short to compensate for the lack of clear process on their part. The hiring manager was very arrogant and I was generally treated like a second class citizen in the interview.
