There are two rounds of Interview:
1- HR recruiter - Role eligibility, Location, Salary, Hike % (Usually < 30%)
2- Technical or Functional - Either with Line Manager or Functional lead

Why do you want to join bp? And what makes you a good fit?
Online video interview with answers to be recorded. Then an in-person interview with the direct line manager and HR. Questions were mostly built around the bp values, so they expect to have an example to each which can demonstrate those values in your experience.
