      Planning Lead Interview

      18 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Rio de Janeiro
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at bp (Rio de Janeiro) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Consists of 4 interviews, being the first one by phone. The other three interviews were conducted in two different offices in Rio de Janeiro. However, this was a king of unusual process. I was told that nowadays it's a different process. Now the candidate is interviewed by a third party HR company who filters the candidates accordingly. After that, if the candidate is approved, then he or she is sent to the following stages with the company's representatives.

      Question 1
