Phone call -> 4 onsite interviews. Very awkward interview process. No structure or organization during the interview.
It's unclear how they assess candidates given the lack of structure. They're transitioning to hire more technical talent, however, are not hiring technical people. I found leadership very firm and rooted in their ideas and seeking confirmation.
The most concerning aspect was the product. Still rooted 100% in fossil fuels and being more efficient on that side, rather than investing in R&D in new energy sources. Can't imagine it will be a company of the future
