1st - phone interview with HR (prescreening) // 2nd - panel interview with 3 business leads/hiring manager // 3rd - f2f meeting with the business leads/hiring manager // 4th - offer by HR

Question 1
Panel interview - all technical questions.
F2f meeting - i was told it would be an informal conversation but we ended up with sort of like a technical interview over again. There were behavioral questions too in the end.
Tip: Go thru and review the tasks you did in your previous job as concrete examples will be asked. Be prepared to answer questions on the whys and hows (detailed hows).
It was length and there was huge gaps between interview but keep your basics strong.. there were three rounds of interview starting from intro to the hr round. Prepare accordingly

Pros;
- i was able to do it virtually
- the interviewer had interest in my responses and provided a calm and not stressful environment
Cons:
- heard positive feedback, but didn't follow up

an interview covering me, the company, things I like, things they wamt, who I am, who they are, what's going on. how could this happen to me, I've made my mistakes, got nowhere to run, but life goes on as I'm fading away.
