Applied online through their website. Did some online tests. Then had a telephone interview which was competency based. Then invited to a technical interview in Aberdeen. At the technical interview I was interviewed by 2 people. The first part of the interview was about my degree and about my background basically. Then I had two case studies one was about a spar and the other was about a subsea system.
