Interview
Many stages within the process, however only took around 6 weeks from application to assessment centre. Telephone interview based on competency and personality. Then technical interview with 2 different case studies to discuss. Final stage was the assessment centre, working in groups as well as an individual exercise. Overall a good experience.

Great interviewers very kind. Made you feel at ease and asked lots of questions. Lasted around 1 hour with plenty of time for questions. Last stage was an assessment centre.

Interview
The interview was long and challenging but conducted in a friendly environment. Most questions focused on petroleum engineering and fundamental BSc-level concepts, testing both technical understanding and practical insight. Overall, It was not for me.
