Interview
First Stage is an online application where some competency questions need to be answered.
Second Stage is a telephone interview- competency based questions again.
Third Stage is a technical interview where some job specific questions are asked.
Last Stage is an Assessment Centre where group exercises are undertaken with other candidates. Technical ability is not assessed at this point.

Online application (CV submission) > numerical and verbal tests > competency interview (may be online, in person or over a phone call) > technical interview (one or two competency-based questions, followed by two or three technical questions) > assessment centre
Completed a hirevue interview, then had a teams meeting with managers for a technical interview that was followed up with an approval, potentially another round of interviews before decision. Very simple process and straightforward.
