      “The first round was an online assessment containing fundamental questions on electrical prospecting, seismic prospecting, well logging, and basic geology. These test whether you understand subsurface physical principles and exploration concepts. After that, there is a single interview round. They highly prefer candidates who already have core internships because such candidates understand field operations, logging tools, seismic interpretation, and basic reservoir concepts.       Competency based interview the worst exp for a senior level role, the interviewers had totally different perspective to the bp core values. Very disappointed with the experience, it’s not a workplace of the future.
