Application via recruiting agency, with initial contact via Linkedin. First 30 min remote interview (MS Teams), more like a get-to-know-you, followed by a 2h competency and technical knowledge interview (in person). Competency based on bp values and beliefs, as in the website. Process was quick and very professional
