I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at bswift (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2016
Interview
Applied for a role online and a week later received an email asking for a availability for a phone interview. Spoke with a recruiter and it was very casual, moved forward with a face to face. The face to face interview was for a totally different role. Met with 4 people was there for about two hours. Very formal no behavioral questions at all. Didn't get the role but was told the team thought I was a fit for another role. My information was sent to that team but they were not interested. Did a tour of the office and all I saw were 23-25 year olds, hardly any diversity, very surprised.
