I applied through university. I interviewed at bswift (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
The process was extremely disorganized. An initial interview with the recruiter led me to a phone interview with 3 bswift employees. I was invited to interview in-person in Chicago (at my expense), and when I requested a Skype/video interview instead (after recruiter suggested this), they sent me a rejection letter. After recent Aetna acquisition by CVS, it was clear that they were not focused on hiring new staff.

I applied online. I interviewed at bswift in Oct 2021
Interview
Got hired on the spot. They seem desperate for analysts since no one sticks around. The questions were basic and the interview lasted no longer than 30 minutes. I did work with a recruiter to get the interview.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at bswift (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
~30 minute phone screen with recruiter which was pretty straightforward. Was scheduled for an interview shortly after. Interview was at their headquarters and not reimbursed. I found out after waiting awhile that my interview time was actually moved back 2 hours without me being notified. After coming coming later in the afternoon to do the interview the interview was pretty standard but generally felt laid back. One of the interviewers wasn't able to be there so I was asked to follow up on the phone a week later. Was told I'd hear back the next week but took about 2 weeks to update me.
