This was a weird process. I received an email after applying to complete a pre-interview screening. It included a personality assessment and an Excel assessment. I'll admit I don't have advanced Excel knowledge, so I was a little surprised I passed the assessment and received an invite for an interview. There was no screening with a recruiter, just straight to an interview with a hiring manager over Zoom. The manager was friendly but seemed shocked that I didn't have much Excel experience or benefits administration experience — I don't know what their screening process is, but it either needs to be refined or they need to be more thorough. The interviewer did say she thought my other experience would fit well into the role, however. I was not given a timeframe for follow up, and was not very optimistic I would move forward. However, after a eeek of no followup, I reached out to the recruiter inquiring - a week later, I still have not gotten a response from them or even a no-reply "no thanks." So I assume it's a no, and honestly, based on other reviews here, I'm not upset or surprised. This company needs some help with their recruitment process, I think.
