buildOn interview questions

Had a phone screen with the VP of Development. Was scheduled for a second round with the same VP and the Chief Program Officer. The day of my interview the CPO did not show. He apparently had a conflict. Proceeded with the interview with the VP, but it felt redundant because we already spoke. I sent a follow up email with direct questions to the CPO, never got a response. Overall not the best impression of their process. Seems like a good organization, but disheartened by the entire interview process.
