Question 1
Explain a position you experienced difficulty and how you solved it
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at bunq in Nov 2025
Interview
I have no idea how bunq’s application process works especially that Skill Assessment. I’ve applied for the same role and a couple of others and somehow I can pass the test one week and fail it the next… while giving almost identical answers. The test has some multiple-choice questions and some “pretend you’re solving a customer issue” scenarios where you basically write the most generic support response ever. Somehow, sometimes it’s brilliant, sometimes it’s apparently terrible.
In short: I think the assessment is judging me based on the moon’s phase or something.
