An initial screening with an exercise to determine your attention to detail; a phone interview; a (socially-distanced) in-person interview; and then a 24-hour project where I had to interview several current employees and use that information to created various materials to drive a hiring campaign (job description, e-mails templates, etc). Then I needed to make a presentation online to several employees with the output of my work. Only then did they make their hiring decision. It was intense but I enjoyed it and thought it added quite a bit of interest and nuance to the hiring process.
