Smooth. Everything already said here checks out. You dont't need to be proficient in Python but need to have a good understanding of HOW system work, or interact. Security, Database, Code Review, System design questions. What;s an extra is the Technical Debt and i think it weights more than the rest.

I interviewed with them before (more than a year ago) and even though I did not end up getting an offer, I really liked the process and their transparency. I applied again when I started searching actively, after another recruiter reached out to me. She sent an inmail and message yet never responded to either, and then I was invited to an interview by another recruiter. The slides about their process were now completely outdated, and she was also unaware that I had applied before. We had a nice chat, and she promised feedback for the next day, but instead it was just ghosting. Sent not one but 3 follow-up messages and not a single reply. It's a shame, the old recruiter Eleonora took all the hiring competence with her when she left, and now it's run by deeply unprofessional people.
