Initial phone screening with the recruiter, followed by a two person panel which was super straightforward with behavioural/some technical questions. After this I was ghosted despite follow ups. Job hunting isn't a pleasant experience, and this kind of treatment from recruiters makes it worse. We're humans, not KPIs.
