Interview was scheduled fairly quickly after applying. Interviewer was on time. Didn't seem overly welcoming or negative. I received a bit more clarity on position by asking questions. A few days after I got a decision via email which was nice so I could move on.

Question 1
How would your former colleagues describe you in three words?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at carwow (London, England) in Nov 2025
Interview
4 stages, made it to the task presentation stage in-person. The task had 4 parts, which I thought was unusually long. Head of commercial didn’t show up. Interviewers were knodding through out presentation, i tried to face them to engage with them more, but one interviewer was typing notes and the other on their phone. Interview was scheduled at the end of the day which i thought was’nt great because most people are tired by then. I spent 2 days on the presentation just to be told it was monotonous, i used AI , it was too long and I didn't prove i was a self starter in the interview. The role would of been a step down financially and responsibility wise as i’m currently an AE. I’m always skeptical about travelling in because like this it can prove to be a waste of time.
Challenging but clear on expectations of questions and tasks, Values and culture are very important and something I would encourage you to research before applying. You will usually go though a three or four step process.
