I had applied for the position online. It took me a week to schedule the interview. The first round was a telephonic with the Team leader and HR for 30 minutes. Initially, I was asked about the idea of Censhare. Then the Team leader explained about the products and the team requirement. Within first 10 minutes, I could sense the interview is not going well as the TL was not concentrated on the Work I had done. Then somehow the complete 30 minutes time slot was finished along with HR asking some behavioral questions. After 2 days I got rejection mail as expected. Don't know what was expected for the position and what was missing from the resume. If it was not a good match for the Job, interview should not have been arranged either.
