1. Skype call with HR and hiring manager. (Screening)
- Both were very friendly and gave me a general presentation of the company.
- I was asked to prepare a small project and send it to them within the next days.
2. In person interview with HR and technical assessment/coding with a developer.
- My sample was accepted and i was called to Windisch for a face to face interview.
- Again the people were very friendly and the environment really nice.
- After a short discussion with the HR, we analyzed my sample and wrote code based on it.
- It was a very nice experience as we collaborated to create a small project as we had the chance to discuss about several different topics regarding programming. From conception/customer communication to actual code, best practices, etc.
