I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at crowdspring in Nov 2021
Interview
Very thorough and the top-level executives really spend time (an hour) getting to know you, even outside of your skills/the job you're applying for. You also get to meet and speak with the team.

Question 1
What do you look for in a company that you want to work for?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at crowdspring (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2014
Interview
They wanted you to write an awesome unconventional cover letter about yourself and what you think you'd bring to the job. 5 minutes later I got an email back saying they like what I wrote and to schedule a phone interview a day later. Did that and the Customer Service manager called me and was a little abrasive. Got an email that I made it to 1on1 interview and could I meet at a coffee shop. Interview was set up for 10 days later, went to the interview, and it was rather busy couldn't find the CS Manager, called the phone number and it was a skype number that was off. Finally found the CS mgr and had the interview, was completely annoyed with the 1on1 interview. I emailed the CS mgr and told them I was no longer interested. Avoid this place or at the very least, the Customer Service department.
