The experience was good overall, but I was disappointed not to receive any feedback explaining the decision not to progress me to the next round of the process after interview.

First round: Meet with Manager and discuss topics related to finance, statistics and OOPs
Gespräch über den Aufbau der Firma, die Geschäftsfelder und Karriere Wege. Es wurden kleine Aufgaben (analytisch, technisch) gestellt und ein abschließendes big picture Gespräch durchgeführt. Insgesamt sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Teilweise mit anspruchsvollen Fragen.

Tre colloqui in un giorno, di difficolta' crescente. Prima uno attitudinale (presentazione dell'azienda, discussione del cv, soft skills, QnA generale), poi uno tecnico, poi un colloquio con uno dei dirigenti, piu' variabile.
