Hr called me and took all my details current salary expected salary, notice period details and current work experience all details and scheduled my telephonic round in 2 days which was in the evening. After telephonic round was done i got a call from hr they were happy and she said I ll email you details for f2f round. I was happy to know about it, again in the evening i got an call saying you have long notice period we are looking someone who can join in 2 months and cannot process my profile further. This was worst experience I ever had hr asked details before telephonic then why did she schedule telephonic and why she was ok for f2f.

1st round is of HR Discussion, 2nd round is technical discussion and 3rd is final managerial round and salary discussion. After that they might ask you if you are ready for contract employment.
