Interview
A fairly quick process, many questions about previous job, future goals, how long I'd be staying with dd's, and if I had certain skills that would better the store. I was also asked if I was a quick learner and when my response was heard, it was followed up with another question asking for an example from previous job.
They asked to tell me about myself, what conflicts I faced and how I resolved them, why should they hire me and if I’ve ever been timed at other cashier jobs since they time you while you’re checking customers out for their things.

Interview
First you apply online at dds discounts jobs and wait for a call and email back. The application is simple. After you get the call or email back you respond and then they set up an interview time for you. You then go in for the interview and if you get the offer the next part of the process is doing a background check.

It was fairly quick and easy. Most of the time, the store manager talked about information on what I should expect for this job. He asked me about my experience and why I would like to work for them. I was then told that I was hired.
