I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at dmarcian (Brevard, NC) in May 2023
Interview
After an initial phone screen, I was given a two stage interview process. The first was a combination of interesting character assessment questions and company domain knowledge (which I was given adequate time to study on their site). The latter was an array of technical questions concerning the frontend, backend, UX, and devops.

Question 1
- Describe a time in which you needed to resolve a conflict between the ideas of the designers and the technical limitations of your software (stack)
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at dmarcian
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the CEO. I was then referred to a talent screening company. Had about 4 more interviews with senior-level employees over 3 months. Very long and unorganized process. I felt like I was being strung along and then after reaching out after hearing nothing, I was informed they decided to change the role and hired someone else. Waste of time. Unfortunately, I am not the only person strung along by these folks. Not worth the effort.
