Interview
The interview was casual and conducted through a university as part of their cooperative education program. Interview was not particular difficult and was conversational as opposed to tightly structured. Received a job offer in less than a week after the interview.

Two rounds, then a plant tour. Relatively straight forward and common questions. Nothing crazy about it for co-ops. When you come in for the plant tour it means your in a good spot
