Question 1
No tricky interview questions. They were interested in certain product experience I had, and asked me elaborate on the experiences on my resume. Was a pleasant interview.

Interview
The recruitment process was long and complicated, with communication handled exclusively via email. For a single position, I had interactions with three different HR contacts. At one point, I waited 30 minutes for the hiring manager before an interview. Aside from HR email addresses, I had no other way to reach out or request information. Ultimately, the interview had to be rescheduled due to a technical issue.
Candidates are not given the opportunity to choose interview slots, instead, specific time slots are imposed with very little flexibility. Finally, after completing five separate interviews, I received a generic automated rejection with no explanation. This reflects a clear lack of consideration for candidates who have invested significant time in the process.

Interview
In person interview was long, indepth, and difficult. Sat among a panel of four who asked the questions and flipped through a 10+ page booklet. Small plant tour but limited to mostly the outside of buildings and could not go in.
