Had 2 interviews with this company. The first was with the boss and I was told I had the perfect background and almost no questions were asked. The second one I was with the process team. Who claimed that I had no qualifications. Every response from them was hostile and I constantly felt like I was being 1uped and had to go on the defensive. Completely uncalled for and the most unprofessional interview I had ever had, and that is counting the one that ghosted me on the appointment date.

Very chaotic process. Interviews were delayed, cancelled without notice. You just end up waiting and then 15min of waiting and sending an email confirming that the interview is supposed to take place, interviewer says he is delayed. Once is fine, but this happened on multiple occasions with all interviewers. The lead of company has a very cavalier attitude and comes across as arrogant. The only positive is that the recruiter is hands on and communicates promptly. The rest of the team (and I interviewed with almost 7-8 people) are terrible with no respect for one's time. The India branch of the company isn't worth working for. High attrition as well - not surprised given the way it works.
