Started as contract and got grandfathered into fulll-time work. Overall great company to work for and the initial interview screenings were really easy basic questions over the phone with the HR manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at eBags (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
Interviewed with the CIO. Seemed to go well - very congenial and productive. However, there has been ZERO follow-up from eBags since the interview - which has now been six weeks ago. VERY unprofessional to leave a candidate hanging - even if he did not get the job. Speaks volumes of the corporate culture (in a negative way).
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eBags
Interview
I interviewed with the photography manager, then the entire photography team (six people) in a room. The entire process took about an hour. The interview didn't seem to have a set agenda of questions, and seemed more like a "get-to-know-you" style interview. I had already worked there as a temp before and knew several of the interviewers on a personal basis. The most important thing is to seem laid back, yet hard working, because that's the vibe of the company.
