Great interview process but could be better to be on time. Lot of time and effort put in to the interview. online interview accessment. Manager interview at later stages. Overall very good
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at eBay (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2013
Interview
There were three rounds. First was a call from their recruitment team to ensure I was applying for the position and comfortable with the job spec. I was then invited to a web cam interview with a member of their talent team and finally a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eBay (Draper, UT) in Mar 2019
Interview
Here's how the interview process goes after you have applied (keep in mind the application process also has a skills type test which includes basic math and patterns)
They will schedule an interview via Hireview, where you are asked more personality type questions.
Thenm, phone interview with a member of the Recruiting team if it's a good match they will schedule you for an interview at Ebay. The whole interview is about an hour long that includes you shadowing a member of the team, to a role play type call and answering basic interview questions.
Here's where the waiting starts, about a week later if they like you they will send you to do a background check request. (They state that it will take weeks but mine took 2 business days). From there you're told that they are making final decisions on the training team (this process took about 1.5 weeks for me).
After I got an email with an offer, and a request for another Hireview with the welcoming team. They go over benefits, what to expect etc etc.
and there you go, your officaly hired after you turn in your documentation and have signed your offer letter.
