Was contacted and told I would be having an interview with my hiring manager. I was able to pick a time thats best for me. The phone call didn't last very long. I only had one phone interview, no in-person interviews.

Very bad experience. Interviewers should be considerate and have courtesy. Which they totally lack. Very disappointed. Junior level folks taking Interview for Manager level. Seems like the team process does not have a proper outline. Still a backend team in FP&A with no business exposure.
