Sat down with managers, I have a hard time keeping eye contact with multiple people, felt like my eyeballs were bouncing all over the place ;p

Question 1
Why EHealth? What makes you qualified for this position? Have you ever been in a sales where you were rated/tracked constantly? How well do you take coaching? What is your intentions/ goal with this position?
Very easy, asked a few questions about experience. The onboarding process is pretty forward. Overall smooth transition from interview to being hired. They will explain the process, make sure you ask about compensation.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eHealth in Jul 2021
Interview
3-4 interview process. When I had my last interview with the supervisor I was told I was being pushed through to an offer and asked if I would accept, in which I verbally accepted. I was told I should hear by early the following week to get things rolling. Weeks passed with no response. My other opportunities expired in the meantime and Any attempt to follow up was ignored or shrugged off. After my final attempt to follow up 3 weeks later was returned with “sorry we filled the position”. This left me jobless and my family in a tough spot.
