The interview process was unorganized . 1 of the 4 interviews were not necessary as the interviewer was inexperienced and didn’t know what to talk about the entire 30 minutes. The interviews were unstructured and I was unsure what I was being assessed on.

Interview
Initial intake call with Recruiter, interviewed with a panel of sales team. There will likely be 5-6 interviews in 1-2 weeks. Then salary negotiation. The base pay is average, depending on where you live in US and the commission structure is an additional 15-20k on 50-65 k base
