Interview process is lax. They read off a printed questionnaire. It's like the person interviewing me had never done it before. I heard the owner screaming at someone in the hall while I was waiting for my interview. It seemed like a pretty tense environment. It seems like a straightforward sales job but I didn't like the comp plan so I declined.

All of their questions were generic and nothing required me to think outside the box.
We had eye contact all the time, they were serious at the start of the interview, and when I started showing my knowledge they have started to interact with me very friendly. That time I knew I got the job.
