      Client Service Analyst Interview

      18 Apr 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eVestment (Atlanta, GA) in Apr 2018

      Interview

The interview process was comfortable and professional. I spoke with 5 different employees, of differing positions, within the company. From the moment I set foot inside the building, it was quite an enjoyable experience. The individual interviews, with personnel, felt more like conversations that helped make me feel more at ease. The total interview took about 2 hours and concluded with a tour of the company. I was actually traveling, for work, so the process may have taken a little longer than it otherwise would have but from the time I spoke on the phone to the interviews, maybe a bit more than a week. From the interview, I received feedback about my interview and then an offer the next morning. The fact that I received feedback was big for me because I think that doesn't happen very often.

      Client Service Analyst Interview

      10 Feb 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Atlanta, GA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eVestment (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2018

      Interview

The first interview was by phone for 30 minutes. The second was also by phone for 30 minutes with the hiring manager. After the phone process I was invited for a in person interview with 7 people separately including the hiring manager. Each asked the same questions but the first two team “leads” were somewhat rude and off putting. The others were nice. I toured the office and there was not much diversity or many minorities. Also, I sent each person a thank you email and not one person responded which was quite rude in my opinion. I figured at that point I didn’t get the position but didn’t find out until I followed up with HR.
