There wasn't one. Just go through the onboarding process, pay them, and you're in. If you dont have a sponsor they will assign you one to guide you through your first 3 transactions.

Interview
There was no interview process as it is not required for the position of salesperson, most real estate brokerages are the same. All you need to do is pass the test.
