The interview process was flawless. They gave an insight into what their team and market value of was like - to give you a winning start. The training sessions were the best. It's all about great personality, being intelligent, and being a hard work to be part of this team.

I attended a pre recorded webinar. The link is their website and the webinar is accessible everyday. It’s 30 minutes. It was informative. However, I don’t like that you couldn’t ask questions live.

It’s online as well as a phone interview to join. It’s a process that involves obtaining your real estate license. They do have a CAP for your commission base. I have had an incredible experience with the company. I highly recommend it!!
