I interviewed with the sales manager and sales director and the first interview went well, but was a bit awkward like any other initial interview. They asked a lot of questions about my background, education and experience. They told me about the company but focused more on the "perks" of working for eZanga rather than the actual job opportunity - which I came to find out was because there wasn't really much of a job or career opportunity - it was basically a telemarketing position.
