Informal and not very transparent interview process. After a nice 2nd conversation and excitement for next steps from their side, I was ghosted by the interviewer (manager of CS) who was cleary too overworked.

The communications were very professional. I received an email to schedule a conference call which took place 2 days later. I was told what the next steps were, and it was all clearly mapped out. 5 days later I received an email with explanation of why I was not moving forward in the process which I found very professional.
