Very unprofessional interview environment. A very unprofessional experience. I was made to feel particularly uncomfortable with the MD Andrew Burgess with the type and manner of his questions. It was clear that HR protocols were not followed. I would not recommend applying for a job here.
I only met with one person during the time period referenced which was based on a referral from an ex Equimedia employee on 16 November 2018. The person concerned had returned from travelling Australia and Asia and made direct contact with me via my email address to investigate career options. This posting is completely at odds with the feedback I received via email after the meeting so I fail to understand the comments. Usually interviews are conducted by senior level employees who I trust to do a professional job and I have had no formal or off the record complaints about any interview that has been conducted by any member of staff.
