I enjoy building and repairing PC's. I like to design and cut-out PC cases. Using a small CNC, etching, and soldering setup I was able to rig ages ago as a teenager, it still works to this very day. Other than that, I enjoy hanging out with family and some friends. Less

Well, I know you guys started out as the Caldwell Company in the 1940's selling pigments and additives. Afterwards, you guys opened a plant in Ohio. The company is family owned and operated. And fast-forwarding to present day, you guys are a global company. Less
What's your previous experience as an extrusion operator like? What's your startup and shutdown procedures? And what safety precautions were taken along with preventative maintenance procedures?

Our PPE primarily consisted of your typical OSHA approved gloves, earplugs, and safety glasses. Steel toe boots were also required. Other not-so standard PPE included tyvek suites to clean the inside of the loaders, hard hats, respirators and annual hearing checkups. Preventative maintenance procedures included removing and replacing the die head, replacing the screens/filters behind it. Lockout/tagout was also required when performing material changeovers. And replacing the die heads. Less
